Summary
The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for gaining in-depth knowledge of the Valencia residential market, acquiring properties, and managing the entire sales cycle from client relationship development to deal closure. This role requires strong negotiation skills and a focus on achieving objectives within an international luxury residential real estate environment.
Due to our growth, we are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join the amazing Dils Lucas Fox team in Valencia - in the City of Arts and Sciences – Penya-Roja area.

Main responsibilities
To gain in-depth knowledge of the residential market in Valencia and the City of Arts and Sciences – Penya-Roja area, in order to attract and market properties in the target locations
Acquire properties for sale, collecting and verifying all necessary documentation and formalizing brokerage contracts with owners, ensuring compliance with the company's commission policy
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring close and proactive communication with both buyers and sellers
Manage the assigned client portfolio throughout the entire buying and selling process, from the first contact to negotiation, closing the deal and subsequent follow-up.
Manage the complete sales cycle, providing creative and results-oriented solutions to successfully close deals
Keep the CRM updated with customer information, their needs, and all business activity.
Requirements
Solid prior experience in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of the residential market in Valencia and its main areas.
Advanced knowledge of the real estate business, including legal, financial and process aspects related to the purchase and sale of real estate.
Professional profile with excellent presence, great communication and negotiation skills, results-oriented and highly motivated.
