What are you going to learn?
Investigates the market and makes proposals for commercial policy:
Collects customer, product, and market information
Makes proposals for sales policy, marketing policy and/or market development
Executes the sales process:
Prepares the sales process
Acquires clients and/or assignments
Conducts sales conversations
Makes an offer with price calculation
Manages the (internal) order process
Handles relationship management and customer service:
Maintains customer contact and performs after-sales service
Treats complaints
Carryes out promotional activities
Who are we looking for?
Job requirements: customer and service-oriented, socially skilled, team player, enthusiastic about a commercial work environment, flexible, proactive, energetic, accurate, and results-oriented. In addition, excellent command of the Dutch and English languages is important. It is a requirement that you are entitled to live and work in the Netherlands.
