Role overview
Summary
This E-Commerce Strategy & Analytics Curricular Internship involves supporting the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team to drive e-commerce sales across Europe. The intern will manage day-to-day online sales activities, monitor KPIs, analyze web traffic and consumer behavior, and coordinate with various teams to ensure inventory alignment and order fulfillment.
Your responsibilities will include
Manage day-by-day activities to ensure the proper working and continuous updating of the online sales tools, in line with the defined commercial strategies.
Help in developing the new commercial Strategies to align performances with shared goals.
Monitor key sales KPIs by product category — quantities, turnover, margin rate and margin value — and prepare regular performance reports for the management team.
Analyze web traffic, conversion funnels and consumer behavior using web analytics tools to derive actionable insights, build dashboards and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor product availability and coordinate with logistics, supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory alignment with demand, on-time order fulfillment and minimization of stock-outs across the D2C channels.
Improve Logistics Operations through new suppliers onboarding and rates improvement.
Understand consumer profile and behavior and conduct competitive benchmarking across European D2C players to identify new growth opportunities and best practices.
Participate in the definition and execution of online product launch strategies, supporting content readiness, pricing and promotional plans.
Drive cross-functional projects, monitoring progress versus critical metrics, supporting task coordination and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Support the coordination and management of relations with key internal and external stakeholders (commercial, marketing, logistics, customer service, external partners).
Minimum requirements
Currently studying a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing or related fields; prior experience or significant project work in E-Commerce is considered a strong plus.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools is considered a plus.
