Webidoo, a Milan-based company developing AI operating systems for small and medium-sized businesses, has raised $25 million in funding.

The round was led by IXC3, part of Azimut Group. Existing investors, including 8a+ and TIM Ventures, also participated in the round.

The company said it will use the capital to expand its AI platforms, increase adoption of agentic AI tools among SMBs, and pursue acquisitions of SaaS and marketing companies in the United States.

Webidoo Develops AI Platforms for Business Operations

Led by Giovanni Farese and Ricky Gordon, Webidoo develops AI-powered software designed to automate business operations across marketing, sales, and internal workflows.

The company operates several proprietary platforms, including Jooice for marketing automation, Groow for AI agents, and Welpy for content governance.

According to Webidoo, these systems work together through a unified operating layer that allows businesses to automate repetitive tasks while maintaining control over strategic decisions.

Focus on Agentic AI Adoption

Webidoo said the latest funding will support the wider rollout of its agentic AI technology among small and medium-sized businesses.

The company is also planning a targeted acquisition strategy focused on U.S.-based SaaS and marketing firms. As a result, Webidoo aims to strengthen its international presence and broaden its technology capabilities.

Revenue Growth and International Expansion

Webidoo reported more than $18 million in revenue for 2025, along with over $3 million in EBITDA. The company currently serves hundreds of SMBs across Italy, Spain, the United States, and the UAE.

In addition, the company said it holds multiple deposited patents related to its technology platform.

While Webidoo was founded in Italy, the management team is currently focused on scaling operations in North America through its Chicago headquarters.
