The funding round was co-led by a national healthcare insurance company and AlleyCorp. Existing investor Health Velocity Capital also participated in the round.

Focus on Serious Mental Illness Care
Vanna Health provides technology-enabled healthcare services for people living with serious mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar disorder.
The company combines behavioral healthcare support with chronic care management through a value-based care model. Its platform is designed to improve long-term health outcomes while helping coordinate patient care more effectively.
Leadership and Expansion Strategy
The company was co-founded by Giovanni Colella, who currently serves as Executive Chairman, and Dr. Liz Kwo.
Vanna Health currently operates across four US states. It works with payer networks and community healthcare organizations to manage behavioral health risks and patient support programs.
