Corma Secures $60 Million Seed Funding

Corma, a cybersecurity startup based in Tel Aviv and San Francisco, has emerged from stealth with $60 million in seed funding to develop AI models designed specifically for defensive cybersecurity.

The round was led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Khosla Ventures and Coatue. The company's valuation was not disclosed.

Founded in 2025, Corma develops AI models focused on defensive security tasks such as analyzing logs, reviewing audits, identifying threats, and responding to complex attacks at scale.

Corma said its first model was deployed six weeks ago across Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations in sectors including healthcare, financial services, energy, critical infrastructure, and retail. The company claims its technology has reduced threat response times by 94% among adopting organizations.

The new funding will be used to expand the data and training behind Corma's AI models and grow its team across defensive cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and research.
