Nova Intelligence, a company developing AI tools for SAP environments, has raised $40 million across Seed and Series A funding rounds.
The Seed round was led by Accel, with participation from Conviction and SAP.iO. Meanwhile, the Series A round was led by Chemistry, alongside existing investors Accel, Conviction, and SAP.iO.
The company said it will use the capital to expand operations and continue developing its AI platform for enterprise SAP systems.

Nova Intelligence develops AI software that helps enterprise IT teams manage and optimize SAP environments. The platform uses agentic AI capabilities to assist businesses in handling system operations, software development, and process analysis.
The company is led by CEO Emma Qian, CTO Sam Yang, CSO Dr. Alexander Zeier, and CCO Justin Kershaw.
