Jurisphere, a legal technology startup focused on AI-powered workflow automation for legal teams, has raised $2.2 million in a funding round led by existing and early-stage investors.

The round saw participation from Info Edge Ventures, Flourish Ventures, Antler, and 8i Ventures.

The Noida-based company said it plans to use the capital to expand its operations and strengthen product development efforts.

Founded in 2024 by brothers Manas Khandelwal and Varun Khandelwal along with Sumit Ghosh, Jurisphere develops an outcome-based legal AI platform aimed at simplifying legal research, contract review, and drafting processes.

The platform offers tools for document and contract analysis. It uses artificial intelligence to identify clauses, flag potential risks, and summarize obligations from legal files. In addition, the company provides AI-assisted legal research that delivers case law summaries and contextual responses instead of keyword-based search results.

Jurisphere also supports drafting automation for contracts and legal briefs. Lawyers can further review and refine the generated drafts before finalization. Another feature includes a chronology builder that automatically creates timelines from case files and pleadings. The company says this helps reduce manual data entry and saves time for legal professionals.
