Fisent Technologies Raises $4.3 Million Venture Round

Toronto-based Fisent Technologies has raised $4.3 million in its first priced venture round to expand adoption of its Applied GenAI Process Automation platform among regulated enterprises.

The round was led by FINTOP, with continued participation from strategic investor Pegasystems. The investment brings Fisent's total capital raised to $6.3 million USD, or $8.8 million CAD.

As part of the transaction, FINTOP Partner John Philpott will join Fisent's Board of Directors.

Enterprise Growth and Expansion

Fisent said it secured its first Fortune 50 customer in 2026 and is on track to add several more by the end of the year.

In 2025, the company reported 206% year-over-year revenue growth, 173% net revenue retention, and zero customer churn for the third consecutive year.

The company provides Applied GenAI Process Automation technology for regulated enterprises, helping organizations process unstructured content and automate complex workflows.

BizAI Agentic AI Platform

Fisent's BizAI software uses agentic AI to understand and process content within complex enterprise workflows.

The platform is designed to automate work that has traditionally required manual review and expert judgment.

Fisent recently launched BizAI Studio, a self-service portal that enables non-technical teams to build, deploy, and refine end-to-end automation workflows without relying directly on IT departments for these processes.

Focus on Regulated Industries

Fisent's technology is designed for regulated enterprises and has been deployed with Fortune 500 customers.

The company works with organizations in sectors including:

• Banking

• Insurance

• Wealth management

Fisent's platform is designed to operate within existing enterprise systems and controls while helping organizations automate repetitive and knowledge-dependent processes.

Funding to Accelerate Enterprise Adoption

Fisent will use the new funding to expand its enterprise go-to-market team, strengthen customer enablement and deployment engineering capabilities, and accelerate product development.

The company also plans to broaden distribution through workflow and technology partners, building on its longstanding relationship with Pegasystems.

Leadership

Fisent Technologies was founded by Adrian Murray, who serves as Founder and CEO.

John Philpott, Partner at FINTOP, will join Fisent's Board of Directors following the investment.

The company aims to expand BizAI adoption among large regulated enterprises while continuing to develop its Applied GenAI Process Automation capabilities.
