BusinessNext Secures $40 Million in Series C Funding

Noida-based fintech company BusinessNext has secured $40 million in Series C funding to accelerate the global expansion of its AI-native banking platform.

As part of the investment, ServiceNow Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of ServiceNow, acquired an approximately 5% equity stake, valuing the company at $700 million (post-money).

Led by Founder and CEO Nishant Singh, BusinessNext develops AI-powered banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for financial institutions.

Building an AI-Native Banking Ecosystem

BusinessNext offers a private AI-driven autonomous banking platform that helps financial institutions automate customer engagement, loan servicing, and multi-channel banking workflows.

The platform integrates with ServiceNow's AI Control Tower to provide governance-focused, agentic AI capabilities across banking operations. According to the company, its solutions are deployed across 75,000 bank branches worldwide.

Originally founded in 2002 as CRMNext, the company rebranded to BusinessNext in 2022. It has surpassed $50 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and serves more than 120 financial institutions, including HDFC Bank and State Bank of India.

Supporting International Expansion

The newly raised capital will be used to expand BusinessNext's international sales and distribution network, with an initial focus on Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and Australia.

The investment supports the company's strategy to grow adoption of its AI-native banking platform across global financial markets.
