HIRING LEADERSHIP: Product Manager cum Technical Architect (Python) | BSE Listed Co. | Heading toward a ₹1000+ Crore Market Capitalisation | Panchkula, Haryana
We are seeking an immediate joiner for a critical technology leadership role.
Join Qualitek Labs Limited, a publicly listed company rapidly expanding its technology-driven solutions and heading toward a ₹1000+ Crore Market Capitalisation.
Following our strategic growth and the acquisition of Interstellar Testing Centre Private Limited (ITCPL), we are looking for an accomplished Development Lead / Technical Architect (Python) to lead our software development teams from our Panchkula corporate office.
Location: Panchkula, Haryana (Work from Office)
Compensation: Up to ₹20 LPA
Urgency: Immediate Joiner preferred
Working Days: 6 days working (2nd Saturday of every month fixed off)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing software development teams.
Drive technical architecture, solution design, and build highly scalable applications using Python.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive robust engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality.
Skills & Tech Stack We Look For:
Core: Python (Must Have), Django / Flask / FastAPI.
Architecture & Cloud: Solution Architecture, AWS / Azure, Microservices & REST APIs.
Methodology: Agile & Scrum, CI/CD & DevOps.
Leadership: Team Leadership & People Management.
Bonus: ERPNext / Frappe experience is a BIG PLUS.
Experience Requirement:
8–12 Years of overall experience, with at least 3+ Years in Team Leadership.
