Product Manager

CodeRound is hiring a Product Manager to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end product experience for the management console.

• Own organization settings, team management, and review configuration.

• Define scalable APIs, UI flows, and configuration models.

• Own the RBAC system, including roles, scopes, permissions, and custom roles.

• Design org-, team-, and repository-level permission models with proper inheritance and overrides.

• Own audit logs and access trails.

• Ensure least-privilege defaults and intuitive permission experiences.

• Own billing, subscriptions, pricing, licensing, invoicing, upgrades, downgrades, and feature entitlements.

• Manage subscription lifecycle scenarios, including renewals, failed payments, seat reconciliation, and true-ups.

• Support enterprise purchasing workflows, including annual contracts, PO-based billing, and invoicing.

• Partner with Finance and Engineering on billing infrastructure and lifecycle correctness.

• Own the onboarding and first-run experience.

• Improve activation metrics such as time-to-first-value, setup completion, and team invitations.

• Identify and eliminate onboarding funnel drop-offs.

• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Growth, and Sales to deliver scalable platform experiences.

Must have

5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools. Technically fluent; able to read code, understand APIs, and have detailed discussions with engineers. Experience owning complex product areas such as admin consoles, permissions/RBAC systems, billing systems, or similar platform products where correctness and edge cases matter. Strong understanding of RBAC, permission models, scopes, inheritance, custom roles, and audit logging. Experience owning billing and subscription management, including pricing, seat-based licensing, plan entitlements, feature gating, upgrades/downgrades, invoicing, renewals, and subscription lifecycle. Strong ability to simplify complex configuration and admin experiences for both technical and non-technical users. Excellent PRD writing and written communication skills. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning vague problems into clear product specifications. High ownership mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Good to have

Experience at a developer tooling, DevOps, or code intelligence company. Direct experience with identity/access management, custom roles, audit trails, and enterprise security. Experience with Stripe, Chargebee, or similar billing platforms. Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture. Experience with SOC 2 or similar compliance requirements. Strong working knowledge of GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps. Experience working alongside small, high-output engineering teams.
