ABOUT THE TEAM

You will work directly with the Director of Strategic Projects and VP of STARK to drive key strategic initiatives and high-impact operational engagements across Europe. Our team operates at the intersection of strategy, defence engineering, and scale-up execution to rapidly deploy modern defense technologies. You will collaborate closely with engineering leads, production specialists, and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

YOUR MISSION

As a Senior Manager of Strategic Projects, you will support the Director of Strategic Projects and make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches. You will develop tailor-made solutions and work closely with the Director of Strategic Projects, VP, and C-level to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT STARK

• Support the Director of Strategic Projects, VP, and C-level in driving key strategic initiatives and high-impact operational engagements across Europe.

• Analyze, design, and implement business performance approaches to deliver measurable impact in contested environments.

• Develop tailor-made operational solutions for complex defense challenges, including manufacturing capacity assessments and supply chain optimizations.

• Structure ambiguous operational, industrial, and strategic challenges into executable workstreams and actionable roadmaps.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and procurement to maintain alignment and hit aggressive project milestones.

• Communicate findings, strategic risks, and status updates directly to senior leadership, project leads, and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE MISSION

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong execution focus as an individual contributor, with high attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility in handling routine operational tasks.

• Ability to independently structure ambiguous tasks into actionable steps while supporting cross-functional team initiatives.

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior exposure to defense technologies, aerospace manufacturing, or hardware production programs.
