- Define and track success metrics for the Business Unit and connect operational performance to broader company goals.

- Lead major initiatives such as cross-functional product launches, integrations, or acquisition-related projects from planning through execution.

Qualifications:

- Experience working across strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution, particularly in complex go-to-market or enterprise growth environments.

- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, GTM, Revenue, Sales, Finance, and Data.

- Strong track record of building operating cadences, governance structures, planning processes, and decision-making frameworks.

- Ability to influence teams and drive execution in a matrixed, multi-product organization.

- Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making skills.

- Ability to independently manage ambiguous, high-impact initiatives and deliver measurable business results.
