The company enables agents to book flights, hotels, and holidays while providing end-to-end on-ground travel services. Profile Overview:
The Finance Intern will review financial information, analyze data, support finance operations, and work with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial regulations. The role offers significant ownership and exposure to live business problems in a fast-paced startup environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage payables, receivables, and other key finance operations.

• Handle cross-border remittances and coordinate with bankers for foreign exchange rates.

• Support the R2R (Record to Report) process and ensure accurate recording of key financial metrics for timely revenue reporting.

• Perform basic accounting and Tally data entry as required.

• Coordinate with the tax team on compliance activities.

• Complete KYC and documentation for travel agents.

• Resolve customer queries and escalations when required.

• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders on finance-related matters.

Candidate Requirements:
Must have:

• Interest in building a career in corporate finance and finance operations.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good Excel and problem-solving skills.

• Comfort with operational and process-oriented finance work.

Preferred:

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.

• Patience and consistency when handling repetitive tasks.

• Interest in improving financial acumen and accounting knowledge.

• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone when required.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, including six-day work weeks and Saturdays.

This role may not be suitable for candidates primarily interested in investment banking or those who are uncomfortable with finance operations, customer interactions, escalations, repetitive work, or long working hours.

Recruitment Process:

1. Aptitude Test and Group Discussion: 50-minute basic aptitude test followed by a 20–30 minute group discussion on a separate date.

2. Personal Interviews: 2–3 video interviews covering the role, company, and candidate profile.

3. Offer: Candidates who successfully clear the interview process will receive an offer.

Location and Schedule:
Office location: Connaught Place, Delhi. This is a startup environment requiring high ownership, flexibility, and commitment. The role follows a six-day work week, including Saturdays, and may involve long working hours depending on business requirements.
