What You’ll Do

-
Configure client journeys and workflows in Builder Studio based on signed-off requirements (ticket/RSD).

-
Write and review detailed configuration specifications, including JQ transformations, regex validations, and parameter

mappings.

Maintain integration specs, technical workflows, and solution documentation so work is handover-ready at any point.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across UAT, staging, and production phases.

Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, QA, and Product to drive successful partner integrations.

Act as a working-level subject matter expert on FinBox's APIs and data flows for the assigned client(s).

Monitor production alerts (Sentry) for the assigned client and triage or escalate per the Incident & Escalation SOP.

Who You Are

-
1-3 years of relevant experience in application engineering, product integrations, or API-based solutioning.

Strong technical foundation: REST APIs, JSON structures, relational databases (SQL), and API testing tools (Postman, cURL, etc.).

Comfortable writing detailed configuration documents, API specifications, and product workflow diagrams.

Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA, Business).

High ownership mindset, with structured problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good-to-Have:

Exposure to fintech/lending domain.

Client/partner integration experience.

Low-code/no-code familiarity.

Good written and verbal communication.
