The OTC Intern will support the Order-to-Cash team in managing day-to-day operations and driving process improvements across customer-facing processes. The role involves working with global customers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of OTC activities, timely issue resolution, and adherence to established controls and procedures.
The intern will gain exposure to end-to-end OTC operations while supporting business initiatives, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration in a global environment.
Responsibilities
OTC Operations Support
Support day-to-day Order-to-Cash activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist in monitoring process performance and operational KPIs.
Support customer account management activities and resolve queries in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of transactional data and records.
Maintain process documentation and support compliance with established controls and procedures.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with global customers and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
Support coordination across functions to resolve operational issues and improve customer experience.
Participate in discussions and meetings related to operational improvements and business initiatives.
Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Provide administrative and operational support to the OTC team.
Support project-related activities and departmental initiatives as assigned.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) is an advantage.
Familiarity with shared services or finance operations processes is a plus.
