Summary
As a Broker's Assistant at LF Fastighetsförmedling, you will be the central figure ensuring smooth office operations. This dynamic role involves assisting brokers, managing administrative tasks, driving marketing efforts, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced real estate environment.

A typical day? There isn't one.

You meet colleagues who help each other and have fun together, you help a customer who has just found their dream home, you double-check a description before publishing an ad, plan next week's marketing or enter invoices. And before you go home? Then the checklist is neatly ticked off!
Your role as a broker's assistant
You are the one who:
Assisting our brokers in everything
Keeps track of viewings, keys and deadlines
Responsible for administrative tasks such as documentation, purchasing and production of physical and digital sales material
Drives marketing and social media with creativity
Contacting customers and speculators via telephone for booking meetings, updates and information
Receives customers at the office and participates in trade fairs and events
Accounting and posting our invoices

Accustomed to administrative work and confident in digital tools
Social, responsive and unpretentious
Experienced in administration, service or office work - preferably in a fast-paced environment
Requirements: B driving license and car
Merits: Education as a broker's assistant or experience from the industry and preferably basic knowledge of accounting, but your personal qualities are more important.
