The Opportunity
Are you passionate about people and looking to build a meaningful career in sales?
As a Sales Associate with Aveo, you'll help seniors find their next home, making a genuine difference in their lives while building a rewarding career in sales. You'll support the Sales Manager in building relationships with prospective residents and guiding them through the sales journey—without the pressure of cold calling or door knocking.

Whether you're new to the industry, looking for a career change, or simply enjoy helping people, we'd love to welcome you to our sales team.
Your Impact:
Working with the Sales Manager to support the sales process from enquiry to settlement, including all administration, CRM updates, legislation forms, and welcome packs.
Creating a warm, professional and inviting experience for prospective residents by assisting with village sales tours, calls, and community engagement events
Keeping display villas & units, signage, and the sales office presentation-ready at all times
Managing CRM updates, marketing updates, listings, brochures and sales files to ensure accurate and timely information
Assisting with Open Home activities to support lead generation and build local engagement
Liaise with departing residents, contractors and stakeholders to keep communication clear, consistent, and professional
Ensuring every step of the move-in experience is smooth, supportive, and enjoyable for our residents
What you’ll bring:
Current QLD Real Estate registration (or currently completing the qualification)
Experience in customer service, administration or sales, ideally within real estate, property, retirement living or another customer-focused industry (e.g. Sales Associate, Property Manager, Real Estate Administrator or similar)
Strong attention to detail and administration skills with a proactive approach to organising tasks
A warm, professional and polished appearance with strong customer service and communication skills (first impressions count!)
Confidence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (highly desired)
