The Junior Leasing Manager ensures a professional, reliable, and seamless leasing process for prospective tenants, from initial contact to contract signing. This role involves coordinating appointments, reviewing tenant documents, processing rental agreements, and supporting the rental management team in marketing residential projects.

Key tasks

As a Junior Leasing Manager (m/f/d) - Real Estate Agent/BA in Real Estate Management, you ensure that prospective tenants experience a professional, reliable, and seamless leasing process from initial contact to contract signing. You ensure that information is complete, appointments are reliably coordinated, and commitments are kept – even when numerous parties, documents, and deadlines are involved. In doing so, you make a crucial contribution to the quality of our leasing processes and the positive perception of our company.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Supporting the rental management team in marketing residential projects/portfolios and ensuring structured processes

  • First friendly and competent contact person for prospective tenants and conducting initial telephone consultations.

  • Coordination of viewing appointments between real estate agents, tenants and prospective buyers

  • Careful review of tenant documents and reliable support of applicants throughout the application process.

  • Delivery of positive news of an apartment offer and support until the contract is signed.

  • Responsibility for processing rental agreements – from review using the four-eyes principle to dispatch and forwarding.

  • Creation of 3D tours and post-processing of images (no prior knowledge required)

Key requirements

  • Completed bachelor's degree or commercial training with relevant professional experience

  • Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and enjoyment in interacting with people

  • Structured, independent and reliable work ethic

  • Willingness to take responsibility for a clearly defined area of ​​responsibility

  • Teamwork skills and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality

  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.

  • Confident use of MS Office
