We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Agent to join our dynamic property management team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in property leasing, customer service, and legal administrative procedures will ensure a seamless experience for applicants while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Responsibilities
Handling all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, processing applications, preparing leases and following up with prospects.
Be an expert on the community and amenities, as well as those of the community's competitors.
Conduct off-site marketing and assist in preparing marketing plans.
Collection calls, renewals calls, work order management.
Perform all other duties as needed
Must be able to taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays
Qualifications
Assisting Property Management/Leasing experience preferred
Demonstrate strong leasing and marketing skills
Must possess strong leadership skills and customer service abilities, coupled with proven written and oral communication skills.
