As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Operations & Marketing Intern who is excited to learn, take ownership, and contribute to building a meaningful brand.
What You'll Do
This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to multiple aspects of running a fashion business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Customer outreach and relationship management
Exhibition and pop-up event planning, coordination, and execution
Market and competitor research
Inventory tracking and management
Order fulfilment and logistics coordination
Planning and coordinating product shoots
Managing shoot logistics and execution
Customer discovery and feedback collection
Community building and engagement
Supporting marketing campaigns and brand collaborations
Vendor coordination and other day-to-day business operations
No two days will be the same, you'll work directly with the founder and gain firsthand experience in building a consumer brand from the ground up.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is curious, dependable, and eager to learn.
Preferred qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Fashion, Communications, Management, or a related field
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Canva & Google Sheets
Interested in fashion, sustainability, entrepreneurship, or e-commerce
Familiarity with Instagram or digital marketing is a bonus
