Role overview
Summary
The MI & BDX Analyst will be responsible for monthly reconciliation of client bank accounts, cash flow control, and processing payments to policyholders and underwriters. Key duties include preparing and distributing monthly premium bordereaux (BDX) and Management Information (MI) dashboards, responding to stakeholder enquiries, and producing ad hoc reports.

So, what’s the job?
You'll reconcile client bank accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
You'll control cash flow within client accounts, ensuring sufficient funds are available at all times for premium and commission payments.
You'll process payments to policyholders and underwriters in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
You'll prepare and distribute monthly premium bordereaux (BDX) in accordance with reporting deadlines.
You'll respond to enquiries from underwriters, internal functions, and other business stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
You'll collaborate with stakeholders to escalate float shortages and other issues as required.
You'll work closely with payment providers to ensure agreed service standards are maintained.
You'll prepare and distribute monthly Management Information (MI) dashboards to support business reporting requirements.
You'll produce ad hoc reports and analyses as required by the business.
