So, what’s the job?

• You'll reconcile client bank accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• You'll control cash flow within client accounts, ensuring sufficient funds are available at all times for premium and commission payments.

• You'll process payments to policyholders and underwriters in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

• You'll prepare and distribute monthly premium bordereaux (BDX) in accordance with reporting deadlines.

• You'll respond to enquiries from underwriters, internal functions, and other business stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

• You'll collaborate with stakeholders to escalate float shortages and other issues as required.

• You'll work closely with payment providers to ensure agreed service standards are maintained.

• You'll prepare and distribute monthly Management Information (MI) dashboards to support business reporting requirements.

• You'll produce ad hoc reports and analyses as required by the business.
