Summary
As a Conservation Products Designer at WWF-India, you will create original wildlife and nature-inspired artwork for various merchandise. This role involves adapting designs for product specifications, preparing production-ready files, and coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate execution and quality.
As a Conservation Products Designer (Wildlife & Nature Themed) at WWF-India, you will be responsible for designing original wildlife and nature-inspired artwork for merchandise such as apparel, accessories, stationery, and eco-products. Your key responsibilities will include adapting and formatting artwork to fit various product specifications and print requirements, preparing production-ready files and mock-ups, liaising with vendors and manufacturers to ensure accurate color, material, and design execution, reviewing samples and coordinating refinements to achieve desired results, and collaborating with internal teams to align designs with the brand and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Design original wildlife and nature-inspired artwork for merchandise
Adapt and format artwork to fit various product specifications and print requirements
Prepare production-ready files and mock-ups
Liaise with vendors and manufacturers to ensure accurate color, material, and design execution
Review samples and coordinate refinements to achieve desired results
Collaborate with internal teams to align designs with brand and mission
Qualifications Required:
Strong illustration and graphic design skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
Understanding of wildlife art and anatomy to deliver accurate depiction
Knowledge of print production and product design considerations
Ability to manage timelines and communicate effectively with external vendors
