Summary
The Sponsorship Intern will explore and commercialise ICC content, events, products, services, and business networks. This role involves client follow-up, customer relations, administrative support, event logistics, marketing material creation, and business development research.
The role
We are seeking a motivated Sponsorship intern to help explore and commercialise ICC content, events, products, services and business networks.
Your responsibilities and learning opportunities include:
Client follow-up;
Customer relations;
Administrative support (client registration, invoicing follow-up);
Onsite event logistical support and creation of marketing materials for events;
Assistance in drafting pitches for email marketing campaigns;
Sales support;
Website updates;
Business development research.

Requirements
Do not hesitate to apply if you:
Are a student preparing a Master’s degree or B.A., preferably in marketing.
Are fluent in English both orally and in writing. Knowledge of other languages such as French or Spanish would be an asset.
Have proven skills in client relations, communications and project management.
Have good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, Internet tools and a good understanding of web marketing.
Are able to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced working international environment with challenging deadlines.
Are organised, detail-oriented and ready to take initiative
Are a proactive team player.
Are customer- and service-oriented.
Sales or marketing experience is a plus.

Important information before applying:
You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
