pQCee Secures US$3.9 Million to Advance Quantum-Safe Cybersecurity
Singapore-based cybersecurity startup pQCee has raised US$3.9 million in additional seed funding to accelerate the development and global expansion of its quantum-safe encryption technologies.
The round was co-led by SGInnovate and Lotus One Investment, with participation from In Group Holdings, Wavemaker Partners, SUTD Ventures Holdings, and Apsara Investments.
Building Post-Quantum Security Solutions
Founded by Dr. Teik Guan Tan, pQCee develops post-quantum cryptographic solutions designed to protect enterprise IT systems and critical national infrastructure against emerging quantum computing threats.
Its product portfolio includes SafeQuard, an end-to-end encryption platform, and QKDLite, a key management middleware that complies with FIPS 203 and ETSI QKD 014 standards.
Accelerating Global Expansion
The company plans to use the new funding to strengthen its engineering team in Singapore, expand its commercial presence across Asia, and enter new markets in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.
pQCee also collaborates with technology partners including Microsoft, Thales, and PQShield to deliver quantum-safe cybersecurity solutions.
