OpenRouter, a New York City-based AI infrastructure company, has raised $113 million in a Series B funding round.
The round was led by CapitalG. Other participants included NVentures, ServiceNow Ventures, MongoDB Ventures, Snowflake Ventures, and Databricks Ventures. Existing investors Andreessen Horowitz and Menlo Ventures also joined the round.
The company said it will use the new funding to expand its operations and continue developing its platform.
Founded in 2023, OpenRouter provides an AI model exchange platform that allows developers and enterprises to access multiple AI models through a single API. The platform helps users route and optimize workloads across different AI providers without managing separate integrations.
The company also offers enterprise-focused controls. These include request-level data handling policies, team-based access permissions, spend monitoring, and usage reporting tools.
OpenRouter is led by CEO Alex Atallah and operates in the growing AI infrastructure and model management segment.
