Nourish has raised $100 million in a Series C funding round as the company expands its dietitian-led metabolic health platform.

The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.

Following the investment, J.P. Sanday will join the company’s board.

The latest financing brings Nourish’s total funding to $215 million.

Company Expands AI-native Virtual Care Model

Led by Aidan Dewar, Nourish operates a dietitian-led metabolic health clinic focused on chronic disease management and nutrition-based care.

The company combines a network of more than 10,000 registered dietitians with AI-powered tools designed to support patient care and provider workflows.

According to Nourish, its virtual care platform delivers personalized and insurance-covered metabolic health services across all 50 U.S. states.

Funding to Support Clinical Growth and AI Development

Nourish said the new capital will be used to:

  • Expand its clinical network

  • Increase investment in AI agents for patients and healthcare providers

  • Grow its metabolic clinic care model

  • Strengthen partnerships with employers, health systems, and insurance providers

In addition, the company integrates GLP-1 medication management, laboratory testing, and medical care into a unified care model focused on long-term behavioral health improvements.

Company Expands Access Across U.S. Healthcare Network

Nourish stated that its services are available to more than 200 million Americans through partnerships with healthcare organizations, employers, and insurance plans.

The company’s expansion reflects broader growth in AI-assisted virtual healthcare and metabolic health services, particularly as healthcare providers seek scalable approaches to chronic disease prevention and treatment.
