Liquid Instruments, a San Diego-based provider of software-defined test solutions, has raised $50 million in a Series C funding round.
The round was co-led by Keysight Technologies and the Australian Government’s National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (NRFC). In addition, Keysight plans to enter a commercial partnership with the company. This collaboration aims to support the development of AI-driven instrumentation.

The company will use the new capital to accelerate product development. Moreover, it plans to scale its AI-powered platform and expand its go-to-market efforts.
