Title: Product Manger

Location: Chennai | 5 days | Mon to Fri - WFO

Experience: 4+ years

How will you be measured?

● Increase automation. More of the post-booking journey should be handled end to end by AI and systems, with fewer manual touchpoints.

● Increase Brand Loyalty Score (BLS). Customers should come back and recommend us.

● Reduce the unhappy %. Catch dissatisfaction early and fix it before it escalates.

● Reduce losses. Cut the leakage from errors, missed services, refunds, and operational failures

What will you build?

● Building AI agents across chat, voice, and messaging that can resolve customer queries and take

actions.

● Automating workflows such as document collection, verification, voucher checks,

ticketing, escalations, and proactive outreach.

● Building customer-health systems that identify unhappy customers before they escalate.

● Creating better internal products for account owners, booking executives, visa teams, and operations teams so they can focus on exceptions rather than repetitive work.

● Designing prompts, tool-calling workflows, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks with

engineering.

● Using customer, operational, and financial data to identify the next high-impact problem worth solving.

What we’re looking for

● 5+ years in product management, with meaningful experience shipping AI/LLM or automation products in production.

● Hands-on depth in prompt engineering, agent design or tool-calling, and evals.

● Experience owning customer experience, support, or operations-heavy products, with a clear record of moving metrics like CSAT, NPS, containment, or cost.

● A strong analytical bent. You're comfortable with SQL and dashboards.

● A bias for ownership. You take problems from discovery through launch and iteration without waiting to be told.

● Experience leading or mentoring PMs is a strong plus.

● Travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or marketplace experience is a plus
