Summary
As a Land Acquisition Analyst, you will play a critical role in securing an adequate supply of land for home building. This involves leveraging your knowledge of local markets, competition, and political environments to support leaders in presenting land deals and driving company growth. You will utilize analytical and creative skills to gather market information and prepare necessary deal presentation documents.
As a Land Acquisition Analyst, your contribution to providing an adequate supply of land is critical…it all starts with the land. Do you want to use your knowledge of the local market/area, competition, and political environment to support key leaders as they present land deals they believe in? This is the first step in directly driving our Company’s growth. You’ll use your analytical skills to gain valuable market information while using your creative side to prepare the documents needed to make the deal presentation happen. To join our team in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferably in Business or Finance.
