No prior experience in the real estate appraisal industry is required. Experience working at a real estate appraisal firm or in a real estate company is a plus.
We are looking for people who are ambitious and can work with a bright and positive attitude.
English is not required, but is a plus.

Employment conditions:
full-time employee
There is a 6-month probationary period. Salary remains unchanged during the probationary period.
Employment period:
9:00‐18:00
Holiday:
Complete two-day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays)
Year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th - January 3rd)
Paid leave (15 days in the first year, however, the number of days will be prorated according to the month of joining the company, and will be granted on the day of joining).
Paid sick leave (5 days per year, however, in the first year, the number of days will be prorated according to the month of joining the company, and will be granted on the day of joining).

Salary:
Annual salary system (1/12 of the annual salary is paid monthly, including a fixed overtime allowance)
Variable bonus (KPI): Paid once a year based on company, departmental, and individual performance.
