Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.Business Requirements Identification
Support collection of business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis to express requirements clearly and succinctly.Insights and Reporting
Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports.Data Exploration
Conduct research and select relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends using primary data sources and business intelligence tools.Business Case
Manage the delivery of feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to contribute to the development and continuous review of business cases.Data Collection and Analysis
Collate and analyze data using pre-set tools, methods and formats. Involves working independently.Document Preparation
Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.Information and Business Advice
Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and referring very complex or contentious issues to others.Personal Capability Building
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
