As an Assistant Valuer, you will join a supportive and fast-paced team, gaining experience in residential and commercial property valuation. You will assist experienced valuers with on-site inspections, report writing, and stakeholder liaison, while working towards becoming a Certified Practising Valuer.

About the role
Are you ready to build your Valuation Career and grow within a highly regarded company? As an Assistant Valuer at Knight Frank Valuations, you will be a part of a dedicated, fast paced and social team. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced valuers, while gaining insight into the residential and commercial sectors of property.
Liaising with selling agents, property managers, brokers and other key stakeholders
Working with and alongside valuers and our support teams nationwide
On site inspections with qualified valuers
Assisting in report writing
Understanding of residential valuation processes

Skills and Experience
Completed or currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) or similar.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Demonstrated organisational and communication skills
Intermediate MS Office skills
Current Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel
