Role overview
Summary
The intern will be responsible for maintaining daily records of material movements, updating stock and inventory, and assisting with reconciliation. Key tasks include tracking plant expenses, monitoring daily operations, and preparing daily and weekly MIS reports. The role requires coordination with plant and head office teams for data and documentation.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Maintain daily records of material inward and outward movements, including quantities and supporting documents.
Maintain and update daily stock and inventory records and assist with stock reconciliation.
Track plant expenses, bills, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Monitor daily plant operations and material movement and highlight any discrepancies or delays.
Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports covering stock, inward, outward, expenses, and operations.
Coordinate with the Plant Team and Head Office Accounts/Operations teams for data and documentation.
