Role Highlights

Fund Accountant: Calculate fund NAVs, process accounting functions, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely fund pricing.

Financial Reporting Specialist: Prepare annual and interim financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flows, schedules of investments, and related notes.

Derivatives Specialist: Process futures and options transactions, support clearing banks and client service teams, and improve processes for accurately recording derivative instruments.

Financial Accountant: Handle accounting documents, journals, payment preparation, account reconciliations, reporting, and related projects.

Treasury Accountant: Process treasury transactions, prepare and approve payments, manage collateral and margins, monitor reserves, reconcile bank accounts, and prepare reports.

Transfer Agency Administrator: Process trades and investor transactions, maintain investor accounts, review AML documentation, and resolve issues.

Middle Office Administrator: Process and confirm trades, monitor trade fails, and coordinate with funds, counterparties, prime brokers, and custodians.

Pricing Administrator: Price securities held by investment funds and validate pricing using sources such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and FTID.

Risk Analyst: Support enterprise risk management by helping identify, assess, monitor, and manage operational, credit, legal, regulatory, reputational, and other risks.

Compliance Analyst: Monitor client portfolios against regulatory and investment-manager mandates, conduct research and analysis, and report compliance results.

Data Management Analyst: Work with IT and business teams to source, maintain, and update market, static, and holdings data used for daily compliance and conformity checks.

Anti-Money Laundering Specialist: Review investor AML documentation, ensure compliance with AML policies, and coordinate with Transfer Agency teams to obtain required information.
