Process Overview
Credit Furnishing and Disputes is a part Consumer Specialty Servicing and Support. The key business activities is to provide resolution to direct or indirect customer disputes on their credit report trade lines by verifying or modifying account information on the credit report. Given the inherent complexity associated with the credit reporting lifecycle, associates within the team require an aptitude for banking loan products e.g. secured, unsecured loans and a brief understanding of Credit Card and Mortgage domains.
Job Description
Individual will be an individual contributing member of Credit Furnishing and Disputes team. He/ she will contribute productivity & accuracy of the team and ensure the disputes are processed and complete in time. He/ she would responsible for processing disputes, data verification form for robots and occasionally robotic audits.
Responsibilities
Associates will be responsible for processing disputes initiated by customer on their credit report
Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders
Should be capable of devising innovative solutions and have the drive to enforce change.
Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction
Understanding of FCRA regulation and Laws
Effective communication with various business partners
Accurate verification of transactions and adherence to timelines
Making recommendations for process improvements, demonstrating regular audits and necessary amendments
Requirements
Education : Graduation/ Post Graduate.
Certifications If Any : NA
Experience Range : 0 to 1 year
Foundational Skills
Should possess basic knowledge of Banking, Credit Reporting business
Strong data analytical skills
Should have knowledge of Compliance & Regulatory Policies
Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail

Work Timings : 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST (Shift time can change based on business requirement)
