Summary and responsibilities
Role overview
Summary
This role supports property managers as the primary contact for owners, assisting with property management and the efficient preparation and execution of annual owners' meetings. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, awarding contracts to tradespeople, and communicating with various stakeholders. The agent will also collaborate closely with internal experts in accounting, technology, and law to ensure optimal service for owners.
Shaping the future, managing existing properties, taking responsibility – for us, it's about more than just real estate. As one of Germany's leading property managers, we're making housing more sustainable. Together, we see ourselves as "climate managers" who modernize, digitize, and develop – with a focus on sustainability, quality of life, and the responsible management of our clients' real estate assets. Our teams are the key: people who think proactively, take initiative, and drive change.
With us, you become part of a company that takes its employees' desire to shape their work seriously. Flat hierarchies, open communication, and mutual respect characterize our collaboration. Modern tools, flexible work arrangements, and targeted support create space for performance, development, and individual perspectives. This fosters an environment that provides meaning and offers the opportunity to contribute your strengths and shape your own future.
This is how we'll convince you:
Flexibility and professional development: We offer mobile working with flexible hours, individual training and development opportunities, such as training to become a climate manager.
Security: We offer you a permanent employment contract so that your future is predictable and secure.
Teamwork: On site you can expect a dynamic and open-minded team that will ensure a good onboarding process and will be there to help you with any questions.
Transport links: A centrally located site with direct access to public transport – you can leave your car behind.
Employee benefits: In addition to a company pension scheme, additional profit sharing and company shares, we offer you fitness facilities, holiday apartments and much more.
More than just a professional home: We support you in your search for accommodation within our portfolio, depending on availability, so that you can settle in quickly and easily.
You thrive on the following tasks:
Together with our property managers, you are the first point of contact for our owners and provide them with competent support in the area of property management.
You support the property managers in the efficient preparation and smooth execution of the annual owners' meeting, thus actively contributing to successful cooperation.
With your excellent organizational skills, you will take care of maintenance management, coordinate tradespeople, and be responsible for awarding contracts to ensure consistently high quality and timely execution.
Your communication skills come into play when corresponding with advisory boards, owners, authorities and service providers.
In close coordination with the property managers, you will ensure constructive collaboration with our experts in accounting, technology and law to guarantee the best possible service for our owners.
This is what makes you stand out:
A completed commercial apprenticeship as a real estate agent would be desirable – we are also happy to build upon the knowledge gained from your apprenticeship as a bank clerk or insurance clerk.
You are interested in the topic of condominium management.
Customer focus and enjoyment in dealing with our owners and business partners.
A sense of responsibility is essential, as your tasks are self-organized, significant, and crucial for our shared success.
A passion for design; together with our clients, you make properties fit for the future.
