Role overview
Summary
The Technical Assistant will control and manage all expenses related to the construction of real estate complexes, including preliminary work, public services, construction, and fees. This role also involves administratively monitoring companies, verifying approvals, preparing orders and amendments, and finalizing statements for each transaction using computer tools.
Reporting to the Technical Department of BNP Paribas Real Estate Corporate Real Estate Development, your responsibilities are as follows:
Control and manage all expenses related to the construction of our real estate complexes:
Preliminary work
Public services
Construction (situation – bank guarantees – price revisions)
Fees (project management, coordination, tender costs) in compliance with the official documents relating to each site and the price objectives and construction costs.
To monitor all companies at the administrative level:
Verify applications for approvals (according to the various regulatory requirements)
Prepare the various orders and amendments under the direction of the works management
Prepare the final statements for each transaction (including the management of the pro rata and inter-company account) in relation to:

Our accounting
Using computer tools:
On PC: (Excel, Winword)
On AS 400 terminal (DQE entry – work status, pilot invoices, FAO – progress reports)
Work environment:
Integrated into a team of about fifteen employees, you will work with the various departments of BNP Paribas Real Estate, Corporate Real Estate Development and the company's support functions.

This versatile position allows you to enhance your technical skills and grow within a dynamic industry.
Desired profile:
With a minimum of two years of higher education (e.g., BTS in secretarial/assistant studies), you have acquired initial experience in a similar role, ideally in commercial real estate development.
