Summary
The Marketing Executive will manage daily marketing communication activities, support campaign operations across various channels, and assist Marcom Managers. This role involves coordinating with agencies, managing content, liaising with cross-functional teams, and tracking campaign performance.
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing communication activities, supporting campaign operations, and assisting the Marcom Managers in their tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about marketing communications and brand in a complex and large-scale setup.
Operational Support
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer channels.
Coordinate with agencies and vendors for timely delivery of campaign materials.
Track and report on campaign deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Support the development and distribution of POSM, packaging, catalogues, and digital assets.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards across all materials.
Content & Collateral Management
Help draft creative briefs and coordinate feedback between internal teams and agencies.
Maintain and organize marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice.
Assist in updating and archiving brand assets and catalogues.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with cross-functional teams (product, sales, etc) to gather inputs for campaigns and communication materials.
Support the Marcom Manager in workflow planning and agency management.
Performance Tracking
Collect and compile campaign performance data and brand health metrics.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal review.
Administrative Tasks
Lead the payment cycles of all the vendors and agencies end to end.
Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items related to marketing projects.
Qualification & experience: Graduate + MBA with 2-5 Years of experience, preferably in Creative Agencies / FMEG/Consumer Durables. Good written and verbal communication skills, Strong organizational and time management skills. Cross functional team management, Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital platforms. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Creative Thinking.
