Timings – 10.30 am to 1 pm & 3 pm to 5 pm
Unistanz Software Private Limited is conducting Scheduled Walkin Interviews for Growth/Business Strategy/Business Development Intern.
We are hiring a Proactive enthusiastic fresher who is eager to gain hands-on experience in market expansion, sales and client relationship management within the software industry.

Role: 3 months internship ( Fulltime) with a conversion for a fulltime employment.

This is a Mumbai based opportunity. Candidates located out of Mumbai are not eligible to apply.
Internship Program:
3 months' paid internship with a stipend in range of 8k -17k per month.
Perks & Incentives:
Additional incentives on closures (range from 2k - 20000)
Mobile reimbursement of Rs. 350
High-performing interns will be considered for full-time job offers upon successful completion of the program.
You will work closely with the Higher Business Leaders to identify opportunities, support client acquisition, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
The internship involves:
Understanding the products and services offered by Unistanz.
Mentorship from Higher Business Leaders
Cold calling and identifying potential clients, and strategise for market expansion
Engaging with existing and new clients to build a long term relationship
In person visits and meetings with our clients and partners
Generating positive leads
Converting leads to actual business.
Qualifications
Potential candidates should possess :
Fresh Graduates (BBA, BMS, MBA, MMS, B Tech preferred or any graduate with interest in Growth, Market expansion and marketing of software products & services)
Graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches who are seeking opportunities are also encouraged to apply.
Substantial knowledge of current trends in Technology and Automation would be a plus
Proactive and Self motivated candidates with a willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
