Summary
The Sales and Marketing Intern will identify and source potential business leads, assist in managing outreach campaigns, and track lead progress. This role also involves helping to improve sales development processes and coordinating with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and source potential business leads through LinkedIn, specialized digital channels, and market research.
Assist in managing outreach campaigns and setting up initial engagement sequences.
Track lead progress, client interactions, and outreach success metrics within our internal systems.
Help improve our sales development processes, messaging templates, and outreach tracking tools.
Coordinate with the core marketing team to align lead generation strategies with current agency campaigns.
Who You Are:
A student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A strong communicator with excellent professional written and verbal organizational skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive in a remote working environment.
Passionate about learning the mechanics of digital agencies, B2B sales cycles, and client acquisition.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with prospects and clients.
Interest or foundational experience in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation and follow-ups.
Motivation to learn about digital marketing, web design services, and the online business ecosystem.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
Comfort working independently, proactively seeking guidance, and collaborating with a distributed team.
