At KarbonWise, we're looking for enthusiastic students and recent graduates who are eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to our growth journey.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain prospect and lead databases.
Research companies and identify new business opportunities.
Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with prospective clients through email and phone.
Send relevant company information, brochures, case studies and marketing material to prospects.
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for the next steps.
Maintain CRM records and keep lead information up to date.
Support marketing campaigns, webinars and outreach initiatives.
Work closely with the founders on sales and business development initiatives.
Assist with day-to-day sales, marketing and operational activities.
Who We Are Looking For
Students, fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable using spreadsheets and online research tools.
Self-driven, proactive and willing to take ownership.
Comfortable communicating with clients over email and phone.
Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Interest in sustainability, climate-tech, B2B sales or business development is a plus.
