Summary
This role involves building and growing strategic partnerships with banks, ensuring their success on Raisin's platform through strong relationships and in-person meetings. The manager will drive impact across various projects, from launching new products to supporting technical migrations, while collaborating globally and ensuring operational excellence.
Join our Partnerships Management team, the group responsible for some of Raisin’s most important strategic relationships. In this role, you’ll work directly with senior stakeholders at banks, helping them succeed on our platform and shaping long-term collaboration.
In addition, you will contribute to key projects - from launching new savings products on the marketplace to supporting technical bank migrations and much more. Because our impact and stakeholder network are broad, we maintain a unique view of priorities and upcoming changes. Colleagues across the business rely on our team to communicate these changes clearly and explain their impact.
Your Responsibilities
Own and grow partnerships: Build strong, day-to-day relationships with our partner banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and shared success - enabled by in-person meetings.
Understand and enable: Develop a deep understanding of each banks’ requirements and align them with Raisin’s platform, working closely with our marketing and distribution teams to and out bank partners to unlock growth.
Drive impact across projects: Contribute to special initiatives — from launching new savings products to supporting strategic rollouts — and play an active role in shaping how we deliver value.
Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues across different markets and teams on key projects, bringing structure and clarity to complex challenges.
Create transparency: Track and report on partnership progress and project outcomes, ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned and informed.
Ensure operational excellence: Keep product information and documentation accurate and up to date, making sure our systems run seamlessly.
Your Profile
4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services, with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders.
Excellent English and German communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or similar.
Structured problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
A growth mindset and willingness to be hands-on where needed.
