Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold outreach

  • Meet potential customers and explain products/services

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Gather market feedback and share insights with the team

  • Maintain records of daily activities and sales updates


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic sales and negotiation skills

  • Customer-focused approach

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Willingness to travel and work in the field


GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Prior internship or exposure to sales/marketing roles

  • Familiarity with field sales or direct customer interaction

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
