Your role

As a B2B Sales Development Representative, you play a key role in FINN's growth. You acquire new business customers, generate high-quality leads, and pass them on to our experienced Account Executives. You understand our customers' needs, inspire them with the concept of car subscriptions, and can fully utilize your expertise.

Your goals

  • Lead Generation: You are primarily responsible for acquiring new, high-quality leads and driving FINN's growth by cold-calling potential customers and generating enthusiasm for FINN. You then ensure a smooth handover to our B2B Account Executives.

  • Prospecting: You will support our team in researching and prospecting relevant industries and companies with the aim of reaching the perfect target group. You will develop suitable strategies for effective outreach.

  • Further develop your market and product knowledge: You will develop a deep understanding of our offering, enabling you to respond flexibly and professionally to the needs of potential business customers.

  • Gather customer requirements: Through your continuous interaction with potential customers, you understand their needs. By collecting, validating, and forwarding these requirements to our management, you significantly contribute to discovering new opportunities for existing and new customer groups and to further developing our offerings.

  • Leadership: Take charge of leading and developing our sales interns. Support them in acquiring all the necessary skills and knowledge for sales success, and guide the team on their path to achieving their sales targets.


Your profile

  • Successful completion of a (Bachelor's) degree, a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience.

  • Ideally, you already have some experience in sales and cold calling.

  • Communication is your strength, along with strong assertiveness and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • You structure your daily work efficiently and with a high degree of personal responsibility and solution orientation, which demonstrably enables you to exceed your sales targets.

  • Ideally, you already have experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools.

  • Prior experience in leadership, coaching, and mentoring of team members is advantageous.
