Infinity Secures $15 Million to Expand AI Inference Infrastructure
AI infrastructure startup Infinity has raised $15 million at a $100 million valuation to accelerate the development of software that enables AI models to run efficiently across a wide range of AI chips.
The funding round included Touring Capital, Principal VC, and researchers from OpenAI and Anthropic.
Founded by Jeremy Nixon, Infinity is developing a universal AI inference software stack designed to help chip manufacturers run AI workloads without relying solely on Nvidia's CUDA ecosystem.
Building Cross-Platform AI Infrastructure
Infinity's flagship AI research agent, Ignition, automatically generates, tests, debugs, and optimizes low-level software required for AI inference across different chip architectures.
The platform is designed to support GPUs, SRAM, phone chips, systolic arrays, and other AI hardware while continuously improving performance through automated optimization.
Supporting Alternative AI Chip Makers
Infinity already counts AI chip company D-Matrix among its customers and is in discussions with additional chip manufacturers and cloud providers.
The company plans to use the new funding to expand its engineering capabilities and further develop software that simplifies AI deployment across multiple hardware platforms.
