This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Value Realization based in the United States.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in delivering reporting and measurement capabilities that support data-driven decisions and measurable business outcomes. You will translate product measurement strategies into actionable requirements, ensuring reporting solutions are accurate, reliable, and ready for use. Working closely with development, data science, analytics, and business stakeholders, you will drive backlog management, delivery execution, and continuous improvement. You will help track business KPIs, model performance, and operational metrics to assess product effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative, technology-enabled healthcare initiatives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, execution-focused, and passionate about turning complex data into meaningful insights while developing their product strategy expertise.

Accountabilities:

  • Translate business and measurement needs into clear product requirements, including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of reporting capabilities, acting as the primary day-to-day product contact throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, dependencies, and delivery timelines, ensuring requirements are ready for implementation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, demonstrations, retrospectives, and relevant planning activities, to maintain delivery momentum and resolve blockers.
  • Monitor project progress, manage dependencies and risks, adjust delivery plans when necessary, and proactively communicate potential scope or timeline issues.
  • Support measurement tracking across Next Best Action (NBA) initiatives, monitoring business KPIs, product effectiveness, model performance, and operational metrics.
  • Maintain consistent KPI definitions and measurement frameworks, ensuring data is accurately captured, interpreted objectively, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Validate dashboards and reports against acceptance criteria before release, confirming that outputs are accurate, consistent, and suitable for business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, metric definitions, reporting logic, and process documentation to improve visibility and support knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with development, data science, analytics, marketing, digital, call center, and IT teams to align requirements, evaluation approaches, and reporting deliverables.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback, provide regular progress updates, demonstrate new capabilities, and manage expectations across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify reporting gaps, data inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement, contributing to business cases and initiatives that expand measurement capabilities.
  • Apply a pragmatic, data-informed approach to product delivery, balancing quality with speed, adapting to changing priorities, and continuously strengthening product expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3–6 years of product management or product ownership experience, including hands-on delivery of product, reporting, or analytics capabilities. Experience in healthcare, financial services, or another complex, regulated industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, and collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions.
  • Working knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, measurement frameworks, and performance tracking, with the ability to interpret analytical results objectively and validate reporting accuracy.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, data scientists, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver cross-functional solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and participation in Program Increment (PI) Planning.
  • Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira Align, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to data quality, consistency, and reliable reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, facilitate alignment, manage expectations, and communicate risks proactively.
  • A delivery-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, make pragmatic decisions, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • A collaborative and continuous-learning approach, with a focus on business value, accountability, and incremental improvement.
  • Preferred: Product or Agile certifications such as CSPO, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, as well as experience partnering with data science or engineering teams to deliver measurement and analytics capabilities.
  • Remote work requirements: A dedicated, secure workspace that protects sensitive member information and complies with applicable privacy requirements. Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; a wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is suggested. Upgrades may be required depending on business needs.
  • Availability for occasional travel to company offices for training or meetings, despite the remote nature of the role.

Benefits:

  • Annual base salary: $104,000–$143,000, depending on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, education, and certifications.
  • Performance-based compensation: Eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and/or organizational performance.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options to support employees and their families.
  • Retirement savings: Access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off: Paid vacation and personal time, along with company holidays and personal holidays.
  • Family support: Paid parental and caregiver leave.
  • Financial protection: Short-term and long-term disability coverage and life insurance.
  • Remote work flexibility: Nationwide remote work opportunity within the United States, subject to role requirements and applicable work-from-home policies.
  • Professional development: Opportunities to strengthen product management expertise, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and expand experience in reporting, analytics, and measurement strategy.
  • Meaningful impact: The opportunity to contribute to data-driven healthcare initiatives that support better business decisions and improved member experiences.
  • Work schedule: Full-time position with 40 scheduled hours per week.

Jobgether is a career navigation platform built for senior professionals competing in the remote job market. Hiring systems were designed for volume and keyword matching, not for 15 or 20 years of nonlinear experience. That structural mismatch is why strong profiles get filtered out before a human ever sees them. Our platform diagnoses where a search is breaking, corrects how experience is positioned, and connects professionals to the companies where their background creates real value. The goal is not more applications. It is the right visibility in the right places. Our mission is to ensure no senior professional remains invisible in the global remote market, not because they lack the skills, but because the system failed to read them correctly.
