We are looking for a Product Manager II / Senior Product Manager I to own the CuriousJr product roadmap and lead its next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building consumer products at scale, solving ambiguous problems and taking a product from X to 10X—and eventually 10X to 100X.

What You’ll Own

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for CuriousJr.

• Lead the product charter end to end—from identifying opportunities and setting priorities to execution, launch and iteration.

• Build a deep understanding of children, parents and their learning needs through qualitative research, data and experimentation.

• Drive sustainable growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and monetization.

• Identify the product loops and platform capabilities needed to scale CuriousJr from X to 10X and 10X to 100X.

• Translate business goals and user insights into clear product bets, success metrics and execution plans.

• Partner closely with engineering, design, content, academics, data, growth and business teams.

• Lead and align the cross-functional CuriousJr team, creating clarity on priorities, ownership and outcomes.

• Establish a strong experimentation culture through hypotheses, rapid testing and rigorous measurement.

• Balance short-term growth opportunities with long-term product quality, learning outcomes and platform scalability.

• Represent the product perspective in leadership discussions and influence the broader strategy for the K–8 business.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 years of overall work experience, including 4 or more years as a product manager.

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling consumer technology products.

• Strong ownership of product strategy, roadmaps and end-to-end execution.

• Experience driving measurable outcomes across growth, engagement, retention or monetization.

• Ability to work effectively in high-growth, fast-moving and ambiguous environments.

• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to convert data and user insights into product decisions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without formal authority.

• Strong product judgement and a genuine interest in understanding user behaviour.

Preferred Experience

• Experience building products for K–8 learners, children or parents.

• Exposure to EdTech, gaming, content, subscription or habit-forming consumer products.

• Understanding of child development, learning behaviour, motivation or age-appropriate digital experiences.

• Experience scaling a product through multiple stages of growth.
