Bosch offers a wide range of spare parts to the aftermarket and repair shops – from new and exchange parts to repair solutions – as well as repair shop equipment such as diagnostic software and hardware. With service training courses and partner programs for repair shops, Bosch offers automobile competence and knowledge to service technicians all over the world. Thus, repair shops can test and repair more efficiently, more safely, and more quickly.

The purpose of this role is to manage and develop product portfolio, and strategy for present and future business growth

Portfolio Management: Formulate product portfolio and execute product life cycle management at business unit to provide /offer a comprehensive range to the market.

Product Road Map: Develop new products and services for domestic and export market to grow market share & improve customer experience.

Profit & Loss: Monitor profitability through cost and price measures for business sustenance.

Sourcing Activities: Liaison with go to source cross functional team for source assessments, cost management and material procurement management to meet market requirements.

Project Management: Drive growth projects at Automotive Aftermarket division for growth opportunities.

Data and Content Management: Create and manage product data for the product portfolio to facilitate the development of catalogs, packaging, promotional and training content.

Functional Skills:

• Proficient in data analysis, User Research Method Development and Market research.

• Proficient in Idea Development and product sense.

• Competent collaboration, communication and presentation skills.

Education:

• B.E/B.Tech (Preferably in Mechanical Engineering).

Experience

• 3- 5years of experience preferably in product marketing in automotive aftermarket parts.

• 2-3 years of experience in KAM & OEM Sales.
